Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By signing up for KimonTime, you agree to these Terms of Service on behalf of yourself and the organisation you are signing up. If you do not have authority to bind the organisation, do not sign up.

2. Service

KimonTime provides time-tracking and workforce productivity software via a web app, native desktop agents (Windows; Mac + mobile in future releases), and a public API. Features are added and improved over time.

3. Pricing

KimonTime is £7 per user per month (monthly) or £5 per user per month (annual). Both are exclusive of VAT, which is calculated at checkout. The free tier is up to 5 users with 30-day data retention.

We do not run trial-to-paid auto-upgrades. You stay on the free tier until you explicitly choose to pay. Plan switches (monthly ↔ annual) prorate at the next billing cycle.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use KimonTime to monitor people without their knowledge. Do not attempt to bypass the agent's privacy primitives (blurred screenshots, aggregate-only keyboard/mouse counts, employee-private AI). Do not attempt to access accounts you do not own.

5. Data & privacy

Data handling is governed by our Privacy Policy. For enterprise customers we provide a Data Processing Addendum (DPA) on request. See our sub-processor list.

6. Liability

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) £100. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

7. Termination

You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. On termination we delete your data within 30 days unless legal hold applies.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
