Who we are

KimonTime is a service of Kimon Services Ltd, a UK-incorporated company. We are the Data Controller for our marketing-site activity (visitors to kimontime.com) and the Data Processor for our customers' employee data inside the signed-in app (app.kimontime.com).

What we collect

• Account data: name, email, password hash, organisation membership (when you sign up).
• Time-tracking data: active app/window titles, idle time, aggregate keyboard/mouse event counts (never keystrokes), optional screenshots (blurred by default, configurable per org).
• Operational data: error logs, performance metrics, IP addresses for security purposes.

What we don't collect

• Keystrokes, password fields, or clipboard contents.
• Personal email accounts, banking apps, or off-the-clock activity.
• Microphone or webcam data, ever.

Where we store it

Production data is hosted in the UK by default (Hostinger London). EU customers can opt into EU-only residency (Lithuania / Netherlands). Screenshots are stored on Backblaze B2 with bucket-level encryption.

Your rights

• Access: request a copy of your personal data — self- service in the app or via support.
• Erasure: request deletion at any time.
• Portability: export your data in standard formats.
• Objection: object to specific processing activities.
